Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, managing travel arrangements, booking reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to design tailored travel solutions, handling visa processing, and ensuring all travel plans are efficient and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential clients through warm calling and convert inquiries into sales.
• Provide expert consultation on international destinations, crafting personalized travel solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Upsell holiday packages, flights, hotels, and travel services to maximize revenue.
• Stay updated on global travel trends, visa requirements, and airline policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and client satisfaction.
Who You Are:
• 1-3 years of travel sales experience with proven success in closing deals.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel planning.
• A self-motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM and booking platforms.
Qualifications
- Prior Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Track record of achieving sales Targets
- Skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with travel booking software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
