Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Kolkata. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning, organizing, and booking their travel needs. Responsibilities include arranging flights, accommodations, and other reservations, providing expert advice on travel itineraries, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. The role involves working closely with clients to handle travel arrangements and resolve any queries or issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including expertise in recommending destinations, travel options, and tour packages.
- Experience in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Ability to manage Reservations accurately, effectively handling bookings and itinerary adjustments.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and client requests simultaneously.
- Knowledge of travel management systems and visa documentation processes is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a travel agency or similar environment is a plus.
