Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Delhi, India. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing client travel needs by providing bespoke travel advice, creating travel arrangements, booking reservations, and ensuring superior customer service. Daily responsibilities include coordinating travel logistics, offering tailored travel recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction through the effective organization of itineraries and services across various types of travel, including business and luxury travel.


MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)

  • Plan and manage domestic and international MICE travel programs and conferences
  • Liaise closely with internal Flights and Visa teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinate with hotels, venues, airlines, transport providers, and event partners
  • Prepare detailed proposals, itineraries, budgets, and cost break-ups
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and value-added services
  • Manage on-ground coordination and oversee post-event reconciliation


Group & FIT Travel

  • Handle corporate group bookings, hotel blockings, and land arrangements
  • Design customized FIT itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for ticketing, visa processing, and documentation
  • Manage rooming lists, passenger details, and special service requests


General Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, invoices, and supplier contracts
  • Ensure compliance with airline rules, visa regulations, and internal travel policies
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and post-travel support
  • Stay updated on travel trends, supplier offerings, and market developments


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in MICE, corporate travel, corporate groups, and conferences
  • Proven ability to liaise and coordinate with Flights and Visa verticals
  • Demonstrated team-handling and leadership capability
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in MICE and corporate travel operations
  • Hands-on experience handling corporate groups and conferences
  • Exposure to international travel arrangements preferred
  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
  • Strong experience in Customer Service and Reservations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
