Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Panchkula. The Travel Consultant will assist clients by providing tailored travel advice, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. Daily responsibilities include creating detailed travel itineraries, coordinating with service providers, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience in managing Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning and coordination with service providers
- Strong skills in Customer Service and managing reservations to meet client needs
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
