Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Panchkula. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with travel consulting and management, booking travel arrangements such as flights and accommodations, and handling reservations. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for clients and addressing their queries or concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Expertise in handling Customer Service and responding to client inquiries proactively
- Proficiency in booking Reservations and coordinating various aspects of travel plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools is an asset
- Prior experience in travel or hospitality industries is preferred
