Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Gurugram. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing expert travel consulting services to clients. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, guiding clients through travel options, and ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships and staying updated with travel industry trends and policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Consulting and providing expert advice on travel options
- Proficiency in Travel Management, including planning and coordinating itineraries
- Ability to handle Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
- Hands-on experience with making Reservations and managing booking systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of travel policies, regulations, and destinations is a plus
- Diploma/degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is beneficial
