Role Description
> Well equipped with good knowledge in Sales & Tour Operations.
> Handling Domestic /International Package reservation & incoming calls / travel queries.
> Contacting with Supplier for Booking & special rates based on markets that dealing.
> Client handling through network office and direct client.
Qualifications
· Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
· Knowledge of Ticketing CRS system AMADEUS
· Experience in coordinating Travel Arrangements
· Customer Service and Reservations expertise
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
· Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
