Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a Travel Executive. The Travel Executive will oversee designing and coordinating tailored travel arrangements, assisting clients with their travel planning needs, and managing inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include providing travel consultation, addressing customer needs, booking accommodations and transport, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction are key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to organize and plan seamless trips for diverse travel purposes.
- Experience in Travel Consulting focused on providing customized travel solutions and making informed recommendations.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong relationships and address client needs effectively.
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and customer-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
