As a Travel Consultant, you will join our dedicated team to provide exceptional service to our corporate clients. What You Will Do
- Manage Corporate Itineraries: Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, seamlessly coordinating flights, hotels, rail, and ground transportation for individuals and groups.
- Oversee Our Automated Portal: Actively monitor our dedicated booking platform, providing essential human intervention and quality checks to ensure smooth, error-free daily operations.
- Anticipate Client Needs: Research the best available travel options and proactively address traveler requirements to provide complete, well-thought-out travel solutions.
- Operate Booking Systems: Utilize travel booking platforms and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to efficiently process, modify, and manage reservations.
- Ensure Policy Compliance: Carefully verify that all travel arrangements strictly follow the clients' agreed corporate travel policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver Professional Support: Provide highly polite and effective customer service over the phone and via email, taking prompt action on special requests or urgent travel needs.
- Collaborate and Improve: Work closely with your team members, sharing knowledge and constructive feedback to continually elevate our overall service standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Commitment to Client Care: A strong dedication to delivering excellent service and the ability to anticipate what a traveler needs before they even ask.
- GDS Expertise: Solid, hands-on experience using Global Distribution Systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, or Galileo).
- Professional Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills to interact clearly and confidently with our corporate clients.
- Sharp Attention to Detail: A careful and highly accurate approach to managing bookings, dates, and client requests.
- Integrity and Trust: A high level of professionalism, especially when it comes to safely handling and protecting sensitive personal traveler information.
- Industry Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the travel sector, with a background in corporate travel, airline reservations, or leisure travel.
- Independent Problem-Solving: The ability to quickly resolve customer issues on your own, coordinating directly with airlines and hotel suppliers when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: A positive, supportive attitude towards teamwork and a genuine openness to receiving and sharing constructive feedback.
