Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Destination Expert - Outbound. The Destination Expert will be responsible for developing and promoting outbound travel packages, handling client inquiries, providing expert travel advice, and curating tailor-made itineraries. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs, while ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, outbound tourism, and travel trends
- Experience in creating customized travel itineraries and planning tours
- Excellent communication, client consultation, and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in using tour planning tools, booking systems, and office software
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to providing quality service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team
- Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry, with knowledge of visa requirements and travel policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
