About the Role
THE ROYAL TOURISM is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic individuals to join our growing team. This role combines holiday sales and travel operations, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate hotel, flight, transport, and sightseeing bookings.
• Communicate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
• Assist customers with travel-related information and documentation.
• Maintain booking records and customer databases.
• Provide support to customers before, during, and after travel.
• Ensure smooth execution of holiday packages and travel arrangements.
Requirements
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Passion for travel and tourism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
