Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Navi Mumbai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients to determine their needs, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves daily interaction with clients to ensure their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Outstanding communication skills
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
