🌍 About the Role
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel requirements for customers, including flight bookings, visa assistance, and basic holiday planning.
✈️ Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with visa documentation and processing
- Manage flight ticket bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds
- Support customers with holiday packages (itinerary planning & basic costing)
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Ensure smooth and professional customer service experience
✅ Requirements
- 0- 2 years experience in a travel agency
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo preferred)
- Basic understanding of visa procedures and international travel rules
- Familiarity with holiday packages (Domestic & International)
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
