Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Bhopal. As a Travel Consultant at Shubh, you will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, booking accommodations and transportation, managing travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer support. You will focus on ensuring every client’s travel needs are met efficiently and professionally while delivering high-quality service and ensuring satisfaction throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction
- Strong skills in managing Reservations and coordinating travel logistics
- Effective communication, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools is an advantage
- Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
