Shift: Night shift / Rotational shift (aligned with Canada time zone)
About the RoleAre you a motivated individual looking to build a career in International Travel Sales? This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities• Sell international flight tickets via inbound & outbound calls
• Handle reservations, reissues & cancellations using Amadeus
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication & sales skills
• Deliver excellent customer experience in every interaction
Eligibility Criteria• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable interacting with international customers
• Willingness to learn travel processes & Amadeus (training provided)
• Target-oriented mindset with interest in sales
• Comfortable working in night / rotational shifts
• Graduation is mandatory
