We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant who enjoys planning travel experiences and delivering outstanding service. If you have excellent destination knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience in travel bookings, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Understand clients’ travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Design customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budget, and travel objectives.
- Handle end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, travel insurance, visas, and other travel services.
- Prepare professional quotations and travel proposals with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, suppliers, and other travel partners for reservations and confirmations.
- Process amendments, cancellations, refunds, and special travel requests efficiently.
- Provide pre-travel, during-travel, and post-travel assistance to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate booking records and CRM updates.
- Stay informed about new destinations, travel trends, visa regulations, airline policies, and tourism products.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–5 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, OTA, or hospitality company.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Experience handling FIT, group tours, honeymoon packages, family holidays, corporate travel, or luxury travel.
- Knowledge of flight booking systems, hotel reservation platforms, and GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is preferred.
- Strong customer service, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and travel CRM/software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
