We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team full-time, in-person. You'll be the go-to person for our clients — understanding their travel dreams, crafting custom itineraries, providing quotes, and guiding them from inquiry to booking. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who loves travel and wants to build expertise in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
meetings- Design custom travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and travel styles
- Prepare detailed quotes including flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, and activities
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, DMCs, and tour operators to secure the best rates
- Manage bookings from confirmation to post-trip follow-up
- Stay current on destinations, visa requirements, and travel trends
- Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–2 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing sales
- Genuine passion for travel (personal travel experience is a big plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with numbers, pricing, and putting together quotes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple clients
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning booking platforms and itinerary tools
- A degree in tourism, hospitality, or business is a plus (not required)
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre,
Galileo)- Familiarity with itinerary tools (TravelJoy, Tern, Axus)
- Additional languages
