Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting students and their families with travel arrangements, including booking flights, managing travel itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The role involves providing travel consultation, arranging reservations, and offering exceptional customer service to meet clients’ needs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, including providing advice and solutions for travel needs
• Experience in Travel Management and organizing comprehensive travel arrangements
• Proficiency in handling Reservations and booking travel-related services
• Strong Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on client satisfaction
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively
• Proficiency in computer systems and travel booking software is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear and professional support
• Experience in the education or travel industry is advantageous
