Recruitment Mantra Hiring Travel Sales Consultant For PAALKEE TOURS AND TRAVELS PVT LTD
Job Location: Newtown, Kolkata
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers.
- Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable travel options.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales skills.
- Provide post-booking assistance and professionally resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Ensure accuracy in booking processes and customer coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong voice clarity and professional phone etiquette.
- Good persuasion and sales conversion ability.
- Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience.
- Positive, energetic, target-oriented mindset.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible work approach.
- Knowledge of Punjabi or South Indian languages will be an added advantage.
Shift & Working Conditions
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and early morning shifts.
- Shift timings may start from 4:00 AM onwards.
- Night shifts applicable for male candidates only.
- Total shift duration: 9 hours including 1-hour lunch break.
- Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Newtown for assigned shifts.
- Weekly off may not necessarily fall on Sundays.
