Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Mumbai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, assisting with reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves understanding client travel needs, developing personalized itineraries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. Additionally, the Travel Consultant will collaborate with service providers to secure the best travel deals and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management plus must be skillful on Amaedus.
- Proficient in planning Travel Arrangements and making Reservations
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and travel booking software (preferred)
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Mumbai
