Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements, providing outstanding customer service, handling reservations, and customizing travel itineraries for clients. Daily responsibilities include consulting clients on travel options, processing bookings, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and expertise in providing customized travel solutions
- Strong skills in Travel Management, including coordinating travel plans and ensuring client satisfaction
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, such as flight and hotel bookings
- Exemplary Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
