Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Travel Consultant. The main responsibilities include creating customized travel itineraries, providing travel consultations, managing reservations, and making travel arrangements for clients. The role also involves offering exceptional customer service to address client needs, providing relevant travel information, and resolving any travel-related concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, with experience in crafting customized travel itineraries for diverse client needs
- Strong skills in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Expertise in Client Handling, Reservations and Customer Service, ensuring seamless client interactions and issue resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Knowledge of travel software or industry tools is a plus
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple client requests simultaneously
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel regulations and visa processes would be an advantage
Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in domestic and international travel domain with expertise in itinerary creation, client dealing and travel management.
