Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking travel itineraries. Responsibilities include providing travel consulting services, managing reservations, arranging travel plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires frequent communication with clients to understand their travel preferences and offer tailored travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to plan and organize itineraries efficiently.
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking and coordinating travel plans.
- Strong Customer Service skills to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with travel booking software and tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
