Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Jaipur. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive travel management services, which include consulting with clients, arranging travel plans, managing travel itineraries, and processing reservations. The role also includes delivering excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for all clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Travel Consulting and providing personalized travel solutions
- Proficiency in Travel Management and creating customized itineraries
- Experience in arranging travel and coordinating reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and build client satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
- Familiarity with travel booking tools or systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
