Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Indian Rounds is a full-time, on-site position based in Madhuravoyal. The Travel Consultant will design and manage customized travel itineraries, including domestic and international tour packages, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements. Responsibilities include advising clients on travel options, costs, and requirements, handling reservations and booking changes, and coordinating with vendors and service providers. The role involves managing travel documentation, such as visa processing support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end travel experience. The Travel Consultant is expected to maintain accurate records, use reservation and booking systems efficiently, and contribute to improving travel products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Arrangements to design, advise on, and coordinate end-to-end itineraries.
- Experience in Travel Management, including handling bookings, changes, and vendor coordination.
- Customer Service and Reservations skills to manage inquiries, confirm bookings, and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency with travel booking tools, reservation systems, and basic office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain travel options clearly.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and time management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Madhuravoyal and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in travel, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
