Travel Consultant – Ernakulam (On-site)Ignite Travel Solution is looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team! Whether you're a fresher eager to start your career or have 1+ year of experience in travel sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Open Positions- 3 Freshers
- 2 Candidates with 1+ Year Experience
What You'll Do- Assist customers in planning domestic & international holidays.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa teams, and suppliers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel. These responsibilities build on the existing Travel Consultant role focused on tour planning, coordination, customer service, and travel operations.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is- Dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Passionate about travel and tourism.
- Eager to learn and continuously improve.
- A good communicator with strong customer handling skills.
- Flexible to work from or undergo training at different Ignite Travel Solution offices, and willing to relocate between branches in the future if required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
