βοΈ About the Role
Ignite Travel Solution is looking for energetic, sales-driven, and enthusiastic Travel Consultants to join our growing sales team in Kochi.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy talking to potential leads, understanding customer requirements, following up properly through CRM, and converting inquiries into business.
We are looking for people who are not only confident in sales but also willing to learn the complete backend process of travel services, including tour packages, ticketing, visa processing, documentation, customer support, and post-travel follow-ups.
As Ignite Travel Solution is currently in an expansion stage, candidates must be ready to join immediately and should be flexible to work from our other office locations for a certain period if required for training, operational support, or company requirements. Candidates should also be open to relocating to new office locations in the future as the company grows.
π₯ Key Responsibilities
- Call potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business
- Follow up with leads regularly using CRM and proper sales tracking
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel products
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently explain packages, visas, ticketing, and travel services
- Handle travel inquiries and close sales effectively
- Book flight tickets, hotels, tour packages, and related travel services
- Assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and follow-ups
- Learn and support backend travel operations related to each confirmed booking
- Provide end-to-end travel support before, during, and after the trip
- Collect customer feedback and reviews
- Generate referral leads from existing customers
- Maintain consistent follow-up to improve conversions and customer retention
π― Performance & Growth
- Achievable monthly targets will be assigned
- Trial targets will be introduced from the 2nd month
- Performance evaluation will begin from the 3rd month onwards
- Incentives will be provided based on achievement and consistency
- Salary increments will be based on overall individual performance, sales skills, consistency, and team performance
- Strong performers will have growth opportunities as the company expands
π Who Can Apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Graduates preferred, especially from Tourism, Hospitality, or related backgrounds
- Candidates with travel sales, ticketing, visa, or tourism experience will have an advantage
- Must be comfortable with calling leads, follow-ups, CRM usage, and sales targets
- Should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Must be energetic, self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Should be flexible to work from other office locations temporarily if required
- Should be open to relocation in the future as part of company expansion
π° Salary
βΉ15,000 β βΉ25,000 per month
Based on experience, sales ability, interview performance, and overall suitability for the role.
