📍 Location: Kochi (Sales Office – MG Road)

✈️ About the Role
Ignite Travel Solution is looking for driven and enthusiastic Travel Consultants to join our sales team in Kochi. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about travel, confident in sales, and ready to grow with a fast-expanding company.
Note: Candidates must be willing to work in our Kochi office initially and should be open to relocating to other office locations if required.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads to convert them into customers
- Handle travel inquiries and close sales effectively
- Book flight tickets, hotels, and travel packages
- Assist clients with visa applications and documentation
- Provide end-to-end travel support before, during, and after trips
- Collect customer feedback and reviews
- Generate referrals and new leads through existing clients
- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions and retention
🎯 Performance & Growth
- Achievable monthly targets (most team members meet them consistently)
- Trial targets assigned from the 2nd month
- Performance evaluation starts from the 3rd month
- Attractive incentives based on achievement and consistency
- Salary increments based on individual and team performance
🔍 Who Can Apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Graduates (Tourism/Hospitality background preferred)
- Prior experience in travel sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and sales skills

💰 Salary
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Based on experience, sales ability, and interview performance)
