Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our travel company. The candidate will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel services. The role requires strong communication skills and knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries related to travel packages and bookings.
• Plan and sell domestic and international tour packages.
• Book flights, hotels, transport, and travel insurance.
• Provide customers with information on travel destinations, itineraries, and costs.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries according to client requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
• Manage travel documentation such as visas and passports (if applicable).
• Maintain customer database and follow up for future travel requirements.
• Handle complaints or changes in travel plans professionally.
Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and portals.
• Sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan itineraries and manage multiple bookings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator preferred.
• Experience with travel portals like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.
Salary
₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives.
