Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Lucknow. The Travel Consultant will manage travel arrangements, assist clients with trip planning, and ensure reservations are handled seamlessly. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and creating tailored travel plans that meet clients' unique needs. The role demands a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage bookings and ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and coordinating comprehensive travel plans
- Expertise in Travel Arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itinerary planning
- Strong Customer Service and Reservations handling skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools is an advantage
- Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is desirable
