Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Pune. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning and organizing their travel itineraries, making flight and accommodation reservations, and managing travel arrangements. The consultant will maintain excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and offer tailored travel solutions to meet individual client needs. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Skills in Customer Service and handling reservations
- Ability to design and recommend customized itineraries for clients
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and tools, including ticketing processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in travel and tourism is preferred
- Knowledge of visa and passport processes is advantageous
