Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, including making travel arrangements, managing reservations, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role involves providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences for all clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to provide expert advice and plan trips effectively
- Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations accurately and efficiently
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address their needs
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with travel and booking software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
