Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating customized travel itineraries for clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
2. Design holiday packages that cater to different preferences and budgets, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
3. Utilize MS-Excel to organize and manage travel bookings, schedules, and budgets efficiently.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, demonstrating excellent spoken English proficiency.
5. Write engaging and informative content for promotional materials and online platforms, showcasing your written English proficiency.
6. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
7. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the travel process.
