Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Noida. The Travel Consultant will assist customers in planning and booking travel experiences, which involve creating personalized itineraries, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and ensuring all travel needs are met. The role requires attentive customer service to address traveler inquiries and provide recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including crafting customized travel plans and itineraries
- Experience in Travel Management and handling logistical details for client trips
- Expertise in coordinating Travel Arrangements and making Reservations effectively
- Strong Customer Service skills to understand and address client needs
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficiency in using travel booking software or platforms
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
