Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Travel Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including arranging accommodations, transportation, and activities. You will also provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and offer expert advice on destinations and travel recommendations. Additionally, you will help ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving travel-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to build relationships
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and relevant software
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
