Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located at our office in Noida. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. Daily tasks include offering expert guidance to clients, assisting with trip planning, booking accommodations and activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with team members and travelers to create seamless travel experiences tailored to individual preferences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, with strong knowledge of travel destinations and trends
- Experience in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning and logistics
- Strong skills in Customer Service and handling customer inquiries with a problem-solving mindset
- Expertise in Reservations and booking systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple travel plans effectively
- Familiarity with travel software/tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, or a related field is preferred
- A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients
