Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, for a Travel Consultant. The role involves managing travel arrangements for clients, assisting with flight and accommodation bookings, providing expert travel advice, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The Travel Consultant will also work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored travel solutions while offering exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and execute personalized travel plans
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations for booking flights, accommodations, and packages
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional client support and address customer inquiries effectively
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with travel booking software and systems is advantageous
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Salary - Upto 40k
