Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel plans, including flight and hotel reservations, and coordinating travel arrangements. Daily duties include personalized customer service, offering tailored travel management solutions, resolving queries, and maintaining an efficient booking process to ensure exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to assist clients in planning and organizing travel itineraries.
- Strong skills in managing Travel Arrangements and Reservations, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized travel support.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage diverse travel requests.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with global travel booking tools and systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
