We’re Hiring: Travel Consultant – Cochin (Kochi), Kerala
Exploratours, a London-based travel company, is expanding our Kerala operations and looking for a passionate Travel Consultant to join our Cochin office.
• Handle enquiries from UK-based clients (calls, email, WhatsApp)
• Design & sell holiday packages (UK outbound & Kerala/India inbound)
• Manage flight bookings, itineraries & ticketing
• Assist with visa processing & documentation
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers & partners
• Convert enquiries into bookings (strong sales focus)
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years experience in a travel agency/tour operator
• Good knowledge of holiday packages, flights & visa processes
• Excellent English communication skills (must for UK clients)
• Sales-driven with strong conversion skills
• GDS knowledge is a plus
