Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Delhi, India. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements, including creating customized itineraries, conducting research, and booking travel reservations. They will provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and ensure smooth communication throughout the travel planning process. Additionally, the consultant will maintain and develop client relations to enhance the overall travel experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including itinerary planning and personalized travel solutions
- Expertise in Travel Management and coordinating seamless Travel Arrangements
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience in managing Reservations and handling booking systems efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with travel-related software and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
