Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Siliguri. The Travel Consultant will assist in designing and managing travel itineraries, facilitating travel arrangements, and making reservations for clients. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, offering tailored travel solutions, and ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved through effective communication and excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to design and plan intricate itineraries and manage overall travel plans
- Basic Knowledge in Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations for varying travel requirements and preferences
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional support
- Proficiency in MS Office package
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Prior experience in a travel consultancy role is a plus
