We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Executive with hands-on experience in handling PPC (Pay-Per-Click) inbound calls for flight bookings. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and communication skills with the ability to convert inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings while maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound PPC calls for domestic and international flight bookings
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales
• Provide customers with the best available fares and travel solutions
• Upsell travel services such as baggage, seat selection, travel insurance, and packages
• Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and re-bookings
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and booking details
Required Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel PPC Sales
• Good knowledge of GDS systems – Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (preferred)
• Excellent English communication and customer handling skills
• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented with a revenue-driven mindset
• Ability to confidently handle US-based customers
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in US Travel Sales campaigns
• Basic knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing
• Proven track record of achieving high sales and revenue targets
