Role Description
The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized and seamless travel planning services. Key responsibilities include creating and managing travel itineraries, booking accommodations and transportation, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service to travel agents and their clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring collaboration with our experienced team and fostering strong relationships with clients across the travel industry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design tailored travel solutions for a range of clients.
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, ensuring seamless booking processes and accuracy in handling travel needs.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing prompt and professional communication to enhance client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex travel plans and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Familiarity with North American travel destinations and local insights is highly preferred.
- Work remotely from home with business hours being 9 AM to 5 PM ET.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
- Proficiency in relevant travel industry tools and software is an advantage.
