Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Delhi, India. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel destinations, crafting personalized itineraries, and managing travel arrangements, including bookings, reservations, and visa assistance. The role requires providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring all aspects of the travel experience are seamless. The consultant will work closely with local and international partners to deliver high-quality travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Proficiency in handling Customer Service and responding to client inquiries promptly
- Expertise in managing Reservations, including flights, accommodation, and activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and related software
- Knowledge of global destinations and various cultures to provide tailored travel recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role or in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
