Role Overview
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales across all Boketto experiences — including weekend getaways, domestic, and international trips. This role focuses on converting leads into confirmed travellers through effective pitching and relationship building.
Responsibilities
1. Client Communication: Conduct daily calls to engage with leads and provide information about our products/services.
2. Customer Operations: Oversee the operations related to customers who have been successfully converted.
3. Collaboration with Marketing: Maintain regular communication with the marketing team to stay updated on ongoing campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in [Hospitality, Travel industry].
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
