Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and tours.
- Provide visa assistance and ticketing services.
- Offer expert advice on travel destinations and packages.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry is required.
- Expert in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) for ticketing and reservations. (Optional)
