Role Description
As a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant Associate based in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements and offering world-class customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve consulting clients to understand their travel needs, planning and booking flights, accommodations, and other reservations. You will assist with creating personalized travel itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documents are prepared, while providing post-booking support to clients.
Responsibilities
Handle outbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp & social media. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages (honeymoon, family, corporate, etc.). Convert leads into confirmed bookings through strong communication & product knowledge. Maintain CRM data accurately and follow up with potential clients regularly. Manage end-to-end operations for domestic & international itineraries. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport vendors & local partners for bookings. Prepare and share travel documents such as vouchers, itineraries & confirmations with the client and sales team. Provide timely communication to clients regarding bookings, changes & travel updates. Monitor ongoing trips, assist clients with any issues & ensure overall satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments & vendor agreements. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency & service delivery.
Qualifications Preferred
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating tailored travel experiences
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations efficiently
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client communication
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Familiarity with travel booking software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or equivalent field (preferred)
- A passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Anyone who has completed 12th (Senior Secondary) can apply with private college module.

Salary Structure
Probation : 6 months Salary during probation: ₹16,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation: Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,500 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup: 1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,20,000 - 2,60,000 /year 2. Variable pay/Incentives upon Sales : Minimum ₹ 6,000 - 2,40,000 /year
