## About the Role
Hayal Travel is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our International Holidays team. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create memorable travel experiences for clients.
## Key Responsibilities
* Handle international holiday inquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media.
* Design customized holiday packages based on client preferences and budgets.
* Provide expert guidance on destinations, visas, flights, hotels, travel insurance, and itineraries.
* Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Stay updated on international travel trends, visa rules, and destination information.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documentation accurately.
## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or relevant travel/tourism qualification preferred.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international holiday sales or travel consulting.
* Strong knowledge of popular international destinations and visa procedures.
* Excellent communication and sales skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
* Fluency in English and Malayalam; additional languages are an advantage.
## Preferred Skills
* Passion for travel and customer service.
* Strong negotiation and itinerary planning skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
* Social media and digital inquiry handling experience is a plus.
