🚀 Travel Consultant – B2B Lead Generation (Travelfika)
Travelfika is an AI-powered travel platform helping customers plan personalized trips. We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant who can generate and convert leads from corporates, schools, colleges, and organizations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from:
- Corporate companies (employee travel, offsites)
- Schools & colleges (educational trips, tours)
- Associations & groups
- Build partnerships with HR teams, school admins, and decision-makers
- Pitch customized travel solutions (domestic & international)
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain pipeline using CRM and follow-up consistently
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth trip execution
🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales / travel / B2B lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with institutions and corporates
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Travel industry experience preferred
