Role Description
This volunteer role as a Travel Companion at Atiris Consultancy is a hybrid opportunity, requiring candidates to be based in Imphal with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves assisting clients with travel needs, including making travel arrangements, coordinating schedules, and providing personalized support during trips. Volunteers will ensure smooth and comfortable experiences for clients during both business and personal travel. Exceptional communication and customer care will be pivotal in executing this role effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Customer Service experience, particularly in anticipating and addressing client needs
- Familiarity with Business Travel processes and management
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle travel-related contingencies
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing plans or schedules
- Prior experience in travel coordination or related roles is a plus
